At present, NEOLine wallet does not support password retrieval. Once you lose or forget the wallet password, you need to reset the wallet password with the backed up private key.
Specific steps:
Click [Import Wallet], select the private key, reset the wallet name and wallet password, input the complete private key backed up before, you can re-enter the wallet.
